According to the authorized announcement, "A mysterious encounter draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where whispers of banned rituals and terrifying changes resonate through the darkness." The storyline introduces a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a clandestine group.

The questline centers on "bizarre experiments and a monstrous enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
